Holistic Massage

Massage is one of the earliest remedial practices and is used to improve health and wellbeing by treating the mind, body and spirit. Generally involving a full body massage, it seeks to alleviate the pressure and tension that accumulates in the body as a result of modern life.
By systematically manipulating the soft tissues of the body using different movements, massage promotes the circulation of the blood and lymph, relaxation of muscles, relief from pain, restoration of metabolic balance and other benefits both physical and mental.

What happens in a treatment?
In the first treatment session there will be a brief confidential consultation covering medical history, lifestyle & diet. The treatment itself lasts approximately 50 minutes. The pressure will be adjusted to suit the client's needs at the time. After the treatment feedback & aftercare advice will be given.
Frequency of Treatments
You should leave at least 5 days between each massage.
