Most people can benefit from massage, although there are several instances when massage cannot take place or permission from your GP should be obtained.

What happens in a treatment?

In the first treatment session there will be a brief confidential consultation covering medical history, lifestyle & diet. The treatment itself lasts approximately 50 minutes. The pressure will be adjusted to suit the client's needs at the time. After the treatment feedback & aftercare advice will be given.

Frequency of Treatments

You should leave at least 5 days between each massage.
