About Pura Vida Therapies
Hi, I'm Jo Blower and I set up Pura Vida Therapies in 2006. I am a fully qualified and insured reflexologist and massage therapist.
I first became interested in reflexology many years ago when a family member who suffered from debilitating migraines started a course of reflexology. Reflexology was found to be of tremendous benefit and that family member has suffered no repeat attacks. As a firm believer in the benefits of reflexology to help health conditions and also to maintain good health, I regularly have reflexology treatments myself.
My interest in sports and remedial massage is even more personal as I suffer from a weak lower back. Regular sports and remedial massage, after a course of osteopathy, has meant that my back problems have been consigned to history.
