Hi, my name is Jo Blower and I provide reflexology, maternity reflexology,sports & remedial massage and holistic massage in Surrey and West Sussex.
I believe that when we are balanced, we feel healthy, happy and able to cope with the stresses of everyday life. However, I've noticed how it is very easy to be thrown off balance by the demands of modern living or by sporting activities. Muscle injuries or blockages in our energy pathways can then occur which means that the mind and body cease to function at optimum levels.
